User Guide

Hello and welcome to our new website. To make sure that our customers can easily access their accounts, we've created a step-by-step guide below. This will help you through the login process, retrieving your username, and changing your password.

First, go to our store login page at
shop.gold-star.biz/login

This is what the page looks like.

Your username is an email address associated with your account.

To look it up, enter your shipping street address and click the Get My Username button.

*If the system cannot find your address, try using possible variations (Street, St, St., for example).

Your email username will appear in bold.

*If there is no email associated with your account, the system will generate a temporary email for you to log in with.

You will see red text with instructions on how to figure out your password.

This account's username is "myaccount@gold-star.biz"

Your password will be your three-digit area code followed by your address (number only).

This account's phone number is 608-555-5555 and it's address is 123 Street Name, so the password is 608123

Go to the login form on the right side of the screen. Enter your email username and your password. Click the Login button.

You will be prompted to choose a new password. Choose a strong password that includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

When you click Update Account, your new password will be saved and you will be taken to our new store.

To access your account page, click My Account at the top of your screen. There, you will be able to edit your email, address, phone number, and more.
